Commission Sheet

RENDERED CHARACTER/SCENE

OTHER POSSIBLE FEES:

I will always mention any extra fees before I begin the drawing if they apply to your commission. If I am contacting you directly in an inquiry, everything will be disclosed in the opening messages and complexity/revision fees become null.Commercial use is a concrete fee plus a percentage of sales after discussion, and is heavily dependent upon the details of the commission.A complexity fee of $10-40 may be discussed and quoted depending on the intricacy of your request.Examples of what I consider complex:

- Complicated unreplicable patterns that I have to manually draw}Extra major revisions are $20 each. Each commission type gets 2 free major revisions. (read "Revisions" in TOS):Keep in mind commission prices and delivery times are subject to incremental change. I will typically update pricings after closing commissions.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms (please read carefully):

GENERAL

Payment Method: All payments will be made through Zelle, PayPal, or Cashapp (USD). I will occasionally take Discord Nitro or specific gift cards as payment as well.Compensation: Payment is made 50% after the initial sketch and 50% when the finished drawing is delivered, or 100% after the initial sketch depending on your preference.Delivery: Under 1 month, depending on the complexity of the commission and queue timeCommission File Info: The completed file will be sent through email, Google Drive, or Discord in either .png or .tif format. The file will be high resolution with 300 DPI. The size ranges from 2000-7000 pixels (typically around 3000x4000 px)✧ I can draw ✔: Humans, humanoids, fantasy characters, character designs, anime, sci-fi, complex backgrounds, scenery, fanart, OCs, furries/anthropomorphics, monsters, ship art, semi-realism, concept art, animals, mecha, slightly suggestive content, slight gore✧ I can't draw ✘: Heavy NSFW, NFTs, art with political implicationIf any theme you want isn't listed here, feel free to ask me about it, or browse through my art gallery for more examples of my work.

PROCESS + DELIVERY

1. You can contact me through email, Discord, or Instagram, telling me which type of commission you would like (Rendered, Colored, Icon, Sketch).2. List the following in your message:^{- Confirmation that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service
- Preferred method of payment
- Commission description: any visual references of character, description of scene, poses, themes, design ideas, etc. (the more specific you are, the less revisions necessary)
- Any other requests: tight deadline, commercial use, plan on printing it, privacy}3. I'll confirm your order, and give you a rough layout/sketch within a couple days. If everything looks good, you'll pay me 50% upfront, and I'll continue with the drawing.4. I'll send you updates throughout major parts of the drawing process (lines, colors, shading, rendering, etc). I'd prefer if you had a relatively quick response time so I am able to hear your feedback on the drawing after each stage. Feel free to comment on anything that needs tweaking during this time.5. When the drawing is finished, the last 50% will be paid, and I'll send you the completed illustration through email, Google Drive, or Discord.

REVISIONS

I am very lenient when it comes to revisions and small changes throughout the drawing process, especially if there is ever a communication error on my part. All standard illustrations include 2 free major revisions.Any extra major revisions will be $20. Revising large parts of a drawing while already well into working on it can slow down the process a lot, which is why I charge this.Examples of major revisions:
^{- Moving the location of a character/large object
- Changing what the character is wearing
- Changing large components in the background
- Changing the colors of multiple components, etc.}After I send you the finished drawing, you are still open to make any revisions you'd like.

I, Paige Woodward (@fallen.fern), retain all the rights to the created artwork and can share them on social media, promote them, and use them as samples at my own discretion. The created artwork is my intellectual property. However, if you request for the artwork to be private, I'll be happy to discuss with you.All standard commission work is for personal use only. (ex: wallpaper, banners, personal prints, icons, gifts, posting on social media with credit) Commercial use needs to be discussed and paid for.If you do repost the commission work, please credit me @fallen.fern on Instagram!

REFUND POLICY

No refund requests are allowed upon me starting the commission or after delivery of the completed product.If you want to cancel the commission before you have paid, feel free to do so. If I am unable to finish the commission due to an extenuating circumstance, you will be given a full refund.
