Commission Sheet

✧ Here is an overview of my services and pricing for art commissions. Feel free to contact me on any platform if you're interested. If my commissions are already full, I can put you on the waitlist (I will get back to you at my next available time!). All payments are made through CashApp or PayPal.

OTHER POSSIBLE FEES:

I will always mention any extra fees before I begin the drawing if they apply to your commission.If I am contacting you directly in an inquiry, everything will be disclosed in the opening messages and revision fees become null.- Commercial use is a concrete fee plus a percentage of sales after discussion- Complexity fee: $10-40, will be discussed because whether or not I charge this is very dependant on the details of the commission (examples of what I consider complex: vehicles, very intricate mecha, guns/weaponry, ample amounts of layered clothing and fabrics, difficult unreplicable patterns that I have to manually draw)- Major revision price (read "Revisions" in TOS): under $20 depending on commission

- Keep in mind commission prices and delivery times are subject to incremental change over time. I will typically update pricings after closing commissions.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms (please read carefully):

GENERAL

- Payment Method: All payments will be made through PayPal or CashApp (USD). I will occasionally take Discord Nitro or specific gift cards as payment as well. Payment is made 50% after sketch and 50% when the drawing is finished, or 100% after the finished sketch depending on what you prefer.- Delivery: dependent on complexity of order and queue time, typically under 1 month- Commission File Info: Completed file sent through email, Google Drive, or Discord in either .png or .tif format. The file will be high resolution with 300 DPI. Size ranges from 2000-7000 pixels (typically around 3000x4000 px)✧ I can do ✔: Humans, humanoid, fantasy characters, anime, sci fi, complex backgrounds, scenery, fanart, OCs, character design, furries/anthro, ship art, semi-realism, concept art, animals, mecha, slightly suggestive content, slight gore
✧ I can't do ✘: Heavy NSFW, NFTs, art with political/offensive implicationIf any theme you want isn't listed here, you can ask me about it, or look through my portfolio.

PROCESS + DELIVERY

1. You can contact me through email, Discord, or Instagram, telling me which type of commission you want (sketch, colored, rendered, icon).2. List the following in your message:

- Confirmation that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service
- Type of commission (sketch, colored, rendered, icon)
- Preferred method of payment
- Commission description: any visual references of character, description of scene, poses, themes, design ideas, etc. (the more specific you are, the less revisions necessary)
- Any other requests: ex: tight deadline, commercial use, plan on printing it, privacy

3. I'll confirm your order, and give you a rough layout/sketch briefly afterwards. If everything looks good, you'll pay me 50% upfront, and I'll continue drawing.4. I'll send you updates throughout major parts of the drawing process (lines, colors, shading, rendering, etc). I'd prefer if you had a relatively quick response time so I am able to keep working on the drawing after each stage. Feel free to comment on anything that needs tweaking.5. When the drawing is finished, you will pay the other 50%, and I'll send you a high resolution .png file (300 DPI) through email, Google Drive, or Discord.

REVISIONS

- I am typically very lenient when it comes to revisions and small changes throughout the drawing process, but if you want me to change a major part of the drawing halfway through, then you'll have to pay an extra fee (typically under $20 depending on the details of the commission). Revising large parts of a drawing while already well into working on it can slow down the process a lot, which is why I charge this.Examples of major revisions: moving the location of a character/large object, changing what the character is wearing, changing large components in the background, changing the colors of multiple components, etc.- After I send you the finished drawing, you are still allowed to ask me to revise it.

- I, Paige Woodward (@fallen.fern), retain all the rights to the created artwork and can share them on social media, promote them, and use them as samples at my own discretion. The created artwork is my intellectual property. However, if you request for the artwork to be private, I'll be happy to discuss with you.
- All standard commission work is for personal use only. (ex: wallpaper, banners, personal prints, icons, gifts, posting on social media with credit) Commercial use needs to be discussed and paid for.- If you do repost the commission work, please credit me @fallen.fern on Instagram!

REFUND POLICY

- NO refund requests are allowed upon me starting the commission or after delivery of the completed product.- If you want to cancel the commission before you have paid, that is acceptable.- If I am unable to finish the commission due to an extenuating circumstance, I will give you a full refund.
